At Weavex.shop, we are committed to providing high-quality fabrics and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 10-day return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Custom-cut or custom-made fabrics.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Gift cards.

Return and Exchange Process

1. Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • Contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving your order at customersupport@weavex.shop or call us at +1 (832) 844-5166 to initiate the return or exchange process.
  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.

2. Return Authorization:

  • Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

3. Ship the Item:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package is received.

4. Inspection and Processing:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
  • For exchanges, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you at no additional cost.
  • For returns, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customersupport@weavex.shop or +1 (832) 844-5166. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from Weavex.shop.
  • Weavex.shop is not responsible for returns lost in transit; please use a trackable shipping method.
  • All returns and exchanges are subject to approval at the discretion of Weavex.shop.
