Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate the refund process.

Non-refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for a refund, including:

  • Custom-cut or custom-made fabrics.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Gift cards.

Refund Process

  • Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

3. Ship the Item:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package is received.

4. Inspection and Processing:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund criteria.
  • If the item is approved for a refund, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • The refund will be in your account within 15 days from the date of approval.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
